This model of the QuickPanel Junior section of GE’s QuickPanel touch screens is the GQPK3D200L2P. The QuickPanel series was initially developed by the industrial automation branch of GE, but is now regarded as being obsolete. However, after being fully refurbished and optimized, by our talented repair staff at AX Control, this unit is able to function at peak performance in the industrial workplaces of today.
The GQPK3D200L2P is one of the many 6 inch modules, and is outfitted with a 4 in x 5 in touch screen panel. The information graphics are displayed to the operators in a 240 x 320 pixel resolution. The graphics are shown in only a gray and white monochromatic display.
However, users must note that there are conditions that may cause the brightness of the screen to dim. If the unit’s temperature increases beyond its limit of 40 degrees Celsius, or 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The operational temperature range also goes as low as 0 degrees C, or 32 degrees F. While the GQPK3D200L2P unit is in storage, then the temperature range is from negative 20 Celsius to negative 4 Fahrenheit.
Regarding the power intake, this module runs on an operational supply of 20.4 volts of direct current at minimum, and nominally at 24 volts. The maximum amount of voltage this unit can operate at is 27.6 V/DC.
The internal systems of this model have been graded to withstand up to 1500 volts of alternating current before serious damage happens. There is also a power failure immunity capability, able to stay powered on for 20 milliseconds after being disconnected from a power source before automatic shutdown occurs.
