The QuickPanel series of human/machine interface modules were developed by the industrial automation production division of GE. This series is largely made up of touch screen panels, which range from 5 inch and 6 inch models, to as large as 10.5 inch and 12.1 inch touch screens.

This series is not only a set of touch screen modules, there are also a set of communication adapter models for all of the major programmable logic controllers. However, the QO1104ROA is not one of those. It is a Total Control QuickMarquee display module.

This model is outfitted with a set of red LED lights. The dimensions of this unit are measured at 8.25 inches in height, 45.5 inches in width, and 5.5 inches in depth. It is encased in a NEMA 12/4 frame and weighs approximately up to 50 pounds, or 22.67 kilograms. It is able to display characters in up to 4 lines, in 2.1 inch characters (standard for this unit is 2 lines and 4.8 inch characters), at 10 to 20 characters per line. The power intake that this QuickMarquee LED display needs to function is up at 50 volt amperes, and a 1.5 amp fuse.
