This model of the the QuickPanel line of touch screen units is the QPH2D100S2P unit. It’s one of their QuickPanel Junior category models, measuring in at 6 inches (full dimensions of the view screen being 5 inches wide and 4 inches tall).

The QuickPanel models were all developed by the industrial automation division of General Electric, though now, it’s an obsolete series and no longer being mass produced. Our technicians at AX Control have optimized and entirely refurbished these models to operate at peak functionality. Once purchased, these products are covered by our warranty, ranging from 1 to 3 years, and covers everything from natural breakdown from intended usage, and accidental damage.

The QPH2D100S2P model is designed to have smaller dimensions, with an overall physical width of 6.71 inches, a height of 5.43 inches, and a depth that reaches only 3.437 inches. With such a small frame, it weighs only up to 1.5 lbs, or 0.68 kilograms.

The hardware that comes included with the unit is integrated both externally and internally, with a series of external ports. A pair of serial input/output ports and a download port. Internally, there’s a natural air convection unit to keep the system from overheating. There is also a set of function keys integrated into the outside from of the model.

While the other, larger modules of the QuickPanel series are capable of successfully connecting with every major programmable logic controller, the QPH2D100S2P is not. Nor is it able to connect to communication modules.
