About the QPICTDE0000
QPICTDE0000
This model of the General Electric QuickPanel series of touch screen units is given the designation “QPICTDE0000.” These models were all originally built, developed and sold by GE’s automated industrial branch. The QuickPanel series was constructed as a replacement for the display screen modules that are more obsolete (though the QuickPanel models are considered such as well), and outfitted with buttons and action and status indicator LED lights.
This model is one of the 10.4 inch models available, with the overall physical dimensions of a width of 12.48 inches, or 317 mm, a height of 9.57 inches (243 mm), and a total depth reaching 2.28 inches (58 mm). The standard weight of the unit is precisely 7.7 pounds, or 3.5 kilograms. The frame of this model is protected by a 4X/12 graded, IP-65 rated, NEMA case.
Given the 10.4 diagonal inch size of the screen, the image resolution of the QPICTDE0000 model is 640 by 480 pixels. The expanded memory of this model allows for additional diagnostic screens to be displayed. The memory reaches up to 4 megabytes, which are formatted Flash EPROM, or Erasable, Programmable, Read Only Memory.
The hardware of the QPICTDE0000 model includes several integrated input and output ports: a remote reset input, a sound lineout, a system alarm output, a speaker output, and a buzzer output. A number of additional ports are also included, such as a printer port for on-site physical reports, a 10BaseT Ethernet port, a pair of serial ports, and a download port.
