About the QPJ-1D100-S2P
The QuickPanel series of touch screen modules is a lineup of products from General Electric’s automation division. While this QuickPanel Junior model is no longer in production, our staff at AX Control can repair and restore units to excellent operating conditions. Our inventory is made up of surplus never-used and refurbished units. We can also repair your existing panel if you prefer this option.
The QuickPanel line of modules has numerous applications as a touch screen display module, such as being able to be designated as a local bay control system, managing single-line system monitoring, being able to functionally display real-time and historical alarm displays, as well as a metering display.
The QPJ-1D100-S2P weighs approximately 1.50 pounds before preparation for shipment. The unit is a 4.7 inch q-panel with an STN color display. The unit sits within a type 4X/12 (IP65) enclosure. It is rated 24 VDC.
Panel cutouts for the QuickPanel Jr require 4.86 x 6.14 inches of space. Make sure cables are disconnected and the CF card is not inserted when installing into the panel. Otherwise, the unit will not fit. The unit is designed to mount quickly using four clips located on the back of the panel, behind the gasket.
The QPJ-1D100-S2P includes LED indicators to help users identify when the unit is properly powered and working. A CF card slot is located on the side of the unit. Other ports are located at the bottom of the unit. These include USB, power supply sockets, RS-232 ports, and ethernet ports. GE manuals and user guides will provide you with additional important information.
