This unit of QuickPanel accessories and communication modules is the QPJ-PSM-201. It’s a part of their series of additional modules to allow the QuickPanel touch screen units to connect to all of the major programmable logic controllers and network systems.

The programmable logic controllers that the QuickPanel units can connect to are the A-B Remote I/O, the A-B Data Highway Plus, the General Electric Genius I/O, Profibus, Interbus-S, Modbus Plus, CANOpen, and DeviceNet. The QPJ-PSM-201 unit is the communication module interface adaptor for QuickPanel touch screens outfitted with a CompactFlash mass memory card.

The QuickPanel touch screen modules that the QPJ-PSM-201 model is able to attach to is a set of the larger models. There is a 9 inch model, three 10.5 inch models, and one 12.1 inch model. The 9 inch model, the QPI-2X100-E2P, is outfitted with an amber electroluminescent display. It also has the dimensions of 10.8 inches in height, 8.5 inches in width, and a depth of 1.93 inches. It weighs exactly 4 pounds.

The set of three 10.5 inch models are respectively outfitted with a monochromatic LCD display, an STN full color display, and a full color thin-film transistor module. Each unit is 9.57 inches in height, 12.48 inches in width, and 3.05 inches in depth, and weighs 6.6 pounds. The units designation codes are the QPI-2D100-L2P, the QPI-2X100-S2P, and the QPI-2X100-C2P.
