About the QPJ1D100L2P
QPJ1D100L2P
This Junior model is a part of the miniature QuickPanel series of human/machine interface modules. These modules were all originally developed and produced by the industrial automation division of GE, and are now completely out of production. Now, they are also considered obsolete. But we here at AX Control have refurbished and fully restored the inventory we have on hand here for sale. Every product we have available is guaranteed to not be Dead on Arrival.
The QPJ1D100L2P model is a 5 inch screen, with a graphic display in a 320 by 240 pixel resolution. The screen is built as a cost efficient, more effective model of displaying information than a panel that comes integrated with numerous physical push buttons (that may break due to general use and need to be replaced) and then several LED lights, which are used to indicate device status and actions.
The QPJ1D100L2P unit is designed to be able to communicate with all of the major intelligent electronic devices, via a ModBus ready to use protocol, through either an RS232 port or an RS485 port, at 19.2 kilobits per second.
The software that the QPJ1D100L2P model is installed with is QuickDesigner, a Windows-based, graphic editor that is uploaded onto all the QuickPanel modules. This software supplies a comprehensive set of panel operators, including push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights, text/numeric data displays, bar graphs, and static and dynamic bitmapped/object oriented images.
The physical frame of this unit is covered in a protective casing that has earned a 4X/12 NEMA grade.
