About the QPJ2D100S2P
QPJ2D100S2P
This model, the QPJ2D100S2P module of miniature sized STN touch screen displays. This HMI module is only one of the many models in this series from General Electric. The model is a part of the QuickPanel series of Human/Machine touch screen panel modules.
The touch screen has an STN (super-twisted nematic) LCD display, in color, rather than monochrome. 16 different hues and modes of color: 8 solid and 8 flashing colors. The viewing area of the screen has a 4 inches in width, and then a height of 3 inches, which measures out to 5 inches, diagonally. The image resolution for the screen is 240 x 320 pixels.
The internal, electrical details of the QPJ2D100S2P module are the standard specifications for several of these types of models. The operational voltage intake range is from 20.4 to 27.6 volts of direct current, and the nominal power consumption required is a maximum of 12 watts. The model is built with a power failure immunity rate of 20 milliseconds, at maximum. It’s insulated by 10 M, at a rate of 500 volts of direct current, able to withstand the voltage of up to 1500, in alternating current.
Mechanically, the model is built in dimensions of a 5 inch height, a width of 6.75 inches, and a depth of 2.125 inches, and weighing 1.5 pounds. A natural air cooling convection unit is installed to ensure that the model is able to function in extreme temperatures. The operational temperature range for the QPJ2D100S2P model is between 0 degrees C to 45 degrees C, or 32 to 113 degrees F.
