This variation of the QuickPanel module is a series of human/machine interface units is designated as the “QPJ2D101L2P” model. It’s a 5 inch model, with an LCD display in full color. The QuickPanel model is a series of product intended to work as a replacement for informational display modules that utilize physically integrated push buttons. These series were all developed and produced by General Electric’s industrial automation division, and are now entirely out of production. Our inventory here, at AX Control Inc, has been completely restored and rebuilt to optimal operational capacities.
The QPJ2D101L2P module is designed with smaller dimensions than the larger modules, which gives it a width of 6.75 inches, or 172 millimeters, and a height of exactly 5 inches, or 127 millimeters, and then the unit reaches a depth of 2.125 inches, or precisely 54 millimeters. The weight is lighter than other modules as well, as it is barely over half a kilogram (0.8 kg), or 1.73 pounds. The model is also protected by a NEMA case, with a rating of 4X/12.
The 5 inch viewing screen is outfitted with dimensions in square pixels, with a height of 240 sq. pixels and a width of 320 sq. pixels. The smaller size also makes it so that, rather than megabytes of memory, the application memory is measured in kilobytes. The QPJ2D101L2P module has only 256 kilobytes, or 0.26 megabytes. These 256 kilobytes are then formatted into Flash EPROM memory, making it erasable, programmable, and read only.
