About the QPLDEMCO2
QPLDEMCO2
Originally built, produced and sold by General Electric’s Automation branch, this is a model of the QuickPanel Human/Machine touch screen interface series. The module is outfitted with a 12 inch sized touch screen panel.
Many of the usual specifications match up with many other of the models in the GE QuickPanel family of products. The standard dimensions include a height of 8.93 inches, or 226.8 millimeters, a width of 11.85 in, or 301.1 mm, and a depth of 2.37 in, or 60.1 mm. The standard weight is 5.2 pounds, or 9.7 kilograms.
In order to be fully operational, the QPLMEMCO2 module is powered with an intake of direct current. The input voltage range falls between 12 and 24 volts, via a plus/minus 20 percent regulated power supply. The power dip tolerance is up to -30 percent nominal input voltage over 10 milliseconds. Internally, the insulation is able to resist 200 megaOhms at 1000 volts, with a frame grounding between 0 to 24 volts. The power supply’s conductor, a Phoenix Contact connector, accepts a wire gauge range of 12 to 18 AWG.
The QPLDEMCO2’s interface panel is 12 inches in size, or 30.5 centimeters, with a crisp image resolution of 800 x 600 pixels. The panel is backlit by a cold cathode fluorescent light (CCFL) system, which a rated half life of 50,000 hours, or up to 5.71 years. The CCFL backlight is unable to be replaced in the field.
The QPLDEMCO2’s CPU module is equipped with an XScale module processor, as fast 400 megahertz. It is also capable of holding up to 64 megabytes of flash memory, 512 kilobytes of SRAM, 64 megabytes of DRAM, and 512 kilobytes of ROM.
