GE Fanuc Automation manufactures IC692MAA541, a Power Supply and I/O Base Module for their Series 90-20. There are 12 output points and 16 input points on this module. The input power, output power, and power supply are all 120 VAC. Requirements for setting up the Series 90-20 PLC include the CPU module, the I/O power supply module, a programming device, field wiring cables, and mounting tools. Panel mount the module on a vertical surface. Follow the diagram in the user manual to allow for proper cooling space when mounting the module. I/O circuits and the removable terminal boards must be wired within the system. Make considerations for field wiring. Any device that is a potential source of electrical interference should not be near field wiring. Use the prewired cable IC693CBL303 with the Hand-Held Programmer. This cable is 6 feet long.
