The Analog Input Module IC220ALG620 is part of the VersaPoint series manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation. This module has neither input resistance nor limit frequency of the input filter. There is also no nominal current consumption of US. This analog input 16 bit RTD 2 channel module has an active lifecycle status. The input voltage is RTD PT, Ni, Cu, KTY, and there are two input points. The connection style is a 2,3, and 4 wire shielded sensor cable.

The converter requires 120 micro seconds, and the module update rate is 20 to 30 msec, depending on the connection method. The required terminal strip is IC220TBK062 and contains 5 strips. This module has an LED indicator for BUS Diagnostics. IC220ALG620 includes RTD detection, high dynamic response of measuring inputs and high precision. The maximum cable length is 250 meters for temperature recording. The datasheet number is GFK-2013 and the module ID is 7F hex (127 decimal). This module has a UL current consumption of 43 mA and a UANA current consumption of 11 mA.

Consider the current requirements of each module in the I/O system when configuring a VersaPoint station. A new VersaPoint I/O station must be built using another Network Interface Unit if the current load limit is reached for UL or UANA current consumption. This module features three data formats, two inputs for resistive temperature sensors, and configuration of the independent channels. The communications power UL is 7.5V. This module supports platinum or nickel sensors according to the DIN standard and SAMA Directive. CU10, CU50, CU53, KTY81, and KTY84 are also supported on the module. The required I/O terminal strip must be ordered separately. When installing the module, ensure that no isolating voltage is specified between the analog inputs and the bus. Always connect temperature shunts using shielded, twisted-pair cables. Only 1 4-wire sensor can be connected to the module.
