About the VMIVME-2534
VMIVME-2534
The VMIC series of devices from the industrial automation division of General Electric. These devices range from products such as Analog to Digital Converter boards, to CPU modules, to Input and Output boards. These modules were all originally GE products, however, they were pulled from production, and then were later acquired by Abaco Systems.
This unit is designated as the VMIVME-2534 model of the high voltage Digital Input and Output Boards. This unit is designed with 32 bits of high voltage outputs, and with a high current sink at 600 milliamperes. There is also a high breakdown voltage, at a minimum of 60 volts of direct current.
The VMIVME-2534 module also comes with a series of output clamp diodes, and it outfitted with protective capabilities for overcurrent at 1 ampere, with a thermal limit protection. The VMIVME-2534 comes with a UDN2549B model load driver, which is incandescent and inductive.
The VMIVME-2534 unit’s 32 bit high voltage inputs are grouped into 8 inputs, and are completely jumper selectable to monitor. The open circuit is able to provide logic zero, or the jumper selectable logic one. Integrated into the unit is a filter option for these inputs. The user selectable voltage thresholds for these inputs ranges from as low as 1.25 to 60 volts.
The VMIC series of products are all available from our refurbished and repaired inventory at AX Control Inc. All of our used merchandise is covered under our extensive protective warranty, ranging between 1 to 3 years, depending on product type.
