About the VMIVME-4132
VMIVME-4132
This module is a part of a product line that was initially developed by the industrial automation branch of General Electric, and was then purchased and produced by the Abaco Systems. These devices are the VMIC/ GE Fanuc module boards, built for a variety of functions and applications such as CPU boards and Input and Output processing.
This unit is designated as the VMIVME-4132 module of Analog Output Board, outfitted with up to 32 Channels for analog outputs. These outputs are able to be programmed by a variety of on board jumper modules. These jumpers allow for the outputs to be able to function in a variety of voltage ranges. All of these output channels are designed with a 12 bit resolution, and are fully able to source or sink 10 mA at plus or minus 10 volts. In order to accomplish offline testing, the analog outputs are able to be disconnected from the external circuits.
The VMIVME-4132 module is designed with the standard functional characteristics of the VMIC/GE Fanuc series, such as the VMEbus compliance. This analog output board is a standard double-height printed circuit, which is compatible with interfacing with the VMEbus specification. The address modifier modules are jumper selected, with the ability to decode in order to support both nonprivileged short Inputs and Outputs, and supervisory short Inputs and Outputs.
The VMIVME-4132 unit is available from AX Control as a used piece of industrial automation equipment. Our stock of inventory is refurbished and optimized to run at the standard operational specifications of modern industrial workplaces.
