This series is now entirely out of production from both of these companies, and are units available only as used materials.
The VMIVME-7614-132 module is a Single Shot Celeron model Socket 370 Processor Based VMEbus Single Board Computer. This model is available as with an operating system support for the Windows NT and Windows 2000 based system, as well as ones for Linux, VxWorks, QNX, and Solaris systems.
The VMIVME-7614-132 unit is designed with several special features, such as up to 512 megabytes for IDE CompactFlash (an optional format), and up to three programmable 16 bit timer modules. There are 32 kilobytes of battery backed SRAM memory.
This unit is able to support booting for a remote Ethernet connection. There is also a software selectable watchdog timer, with a reset function. It is able to support a VMEbus P2 connection to an HD/floppy drive.
The standard features that this unit has includes a basic Socket 370 processor module, a pair of high performance 16550 compatible serial ports. There is also a PS/2 style keyboard and mouse port integrated into the front panel of these models.
