This unit's primary strength is its communications, which uses the most advanced feature set available to the series.

The 345-EP5G5HESNN3EDN's communications package includes features like Ethernet and IEC 61850 protocol support in addition to the standard front USB and RS485 port. Another advanced feature of this model is the drawout case design. This case design is helpful in expediting time-consuming processes like testing and maintenance. This helps improve efficiency and minimize system downtime. This unit has 5A three-phase current inputs as well as a 5A ground input.
