About the 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N

The 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N Feeder Protection System is one of the models in this series equipped with both 5A phase and ground currents. It must be noted that the ground and phase currents must be identical, mixing the currents can cause serious damage not only to the relay but could cause potential damage to the user itself. For all of the information regarding the actual values of the currents please refer to the fourth chapter in the GE Multilin 350 Feeder Protection System Instruction Guide. The section which references the currents is labeled A2 Metering and begins on page seven of chapter four.

An event recorder is a vital part of the operation of the 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N relay. The event recorder on this relay will run continuously and all of the records can be stored in the available memory function for up to three days even in the event that the relay loses power. When displaying the events on the relay they will be displayed from newest to oldest with a header message which details a basic summary of what has occurred during the event. There will be a number associated with each event, the numbers will be incremented for each new event that has occurred or been saved.

Each character in the 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N order code denotes a different function or order option for the relay. For example, the H in the order code indicates the power supply, which is a high voltage with the power operating on volts of alternating current or direct current. The direct current voltage for this relay is one hundred and ten to two hundred and fifty volts.

Frequently Asked Questions about 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N

What feature is unique to the 350-E-P5-G5-H-E-S-N-N-SN-D-N GE Multilin feeder protection device?
