About the 369-HI-R-0-0-0-0-0
Perfect for medium-sized AC motors, GE Multilin’s 369-HI-R-0-0-0-0-0 Motor Protection System offers an expansive suite of advanced tools for prolonging motor life and monitoring system health. Motor start data logging, waveform capture, and event reports can lower maintenance costs and reduce troubleshooting time by providing comprehensive data for users to review. The device can also suggest the best maintenance times, taking the guesswork out of the motor management process entirely.
The 69-HI-R-0-0-0-0-0 Motor Management Relay features a 40-character liquid crystal display that can be used in tandem with the keypad to assign setpoints if not using the EnerVista 369 program. The LCD displays system status messages when not in active use, providing an easy reference point for users. Current system health is also discernible by checking the LEDs on the front of the case; the ten LEDs can indicate when alarm, trip, overload, etc. conditions are taking place within the system.
The relay’s pre-trip alarms can alert users when ground faults, mechanical jams, undercurrents, RTD overtemperatures, and overloads are about to cause a trip in the system. By assisting users in tackling these issues before a full trip is triggered, the 369-HI-R-0-0-0-0-0 reduces system strain and overall downtime. In the event that a trip does occur, the cause of the trip and relevant values of the system are displayed on the LCD or within the EnerVista 369 software program. The event recorder can also display the last 512 events to help identify recurring problems and localize what issues are consistently leading to trips within the motor.
