The User Level setpoints include the user level and the security feature/access code. The MTM Metering setpoints include the MTM communications alarm, the MTM CT select, the MTM CT primary rating, the power factor alarm, the power factor trip, the frequency alarm, the frequency trip, the MTM scaling factor, and the voltage reversal trip.
