About the MM300-GEHS1CADCXX
The Multilin models of motor management units are a part of a series designated as the MM300 line from General Electric. The GE Multilin series is a lineup that is designed to integrate several management applications such as protection, control, automation, and metering, as well as diagnostic and communication protocols. These MM300 models are now regarded as out of date pieces of technology due to the release of newer product lines. They are no longer in mass production from General Electric’s industrial automation division. However, AX Control’s inventory of products have been completely repaired and fully refurbished to operate in an automation setting at today’s workplace speeds.
The key operational features of the GE Multilin MM300 series includes full-featured protection for low voltage, alternating current motors, and is able to run and process advanced automation, which enable users to customize the protection and process control. The software that comes included into the MM300 models, FlexLogic, reduces the need for local Programmable Logic Controllers to be integrated and attached to the unit. This, in turn, reduces the clutter and increases the amount of free space in the work area, since multiple devices aren’t being used.
This model listed, the MM300-GEHS1CADCXX, is outfitted with the standard graphic control panel for this series, and integrated with a single USB port, and a set of two 10 ampere form A relays. There are also six 20 to 60 volt (direct current) digital inputs. The nominal power intake of this model is from 80 to 250 volts of direct current, or 60 to 300 volts of alternating current. The standard communication that this unit is capable of is with an RS485 Modbus RTU.
