About the UR-RHH

General Electric’s UR-RHH is a power supply module designed for installation in the Universal Relays series. The module can be ordered in two voltage ranges and can include or exclude a redundant power option. The Low Range (LO) functions at 24 to 48 V nominal (DC only) while the High Range (HI) functions at 125 to 250 V nominal (DC and AC). The power supply module is capable of providing power to the relay and also supplying power to dry contact input connections. The internal fuse rating for this power supply module is 4A / 250 V.

The health of the power supply module can be automatically assessed by the relay’s self-testing elements. The major and minor tests used to ensure device integrity can assess proper hardware function and de-energize the power supply module in the event of a critical failure. In the case that the test detects a hardware issue or critical failure, the system can indicate this to nearby users through the LEDs located on the faceplate of all UR units. Faceplate LEDs directly related to the power supply include CONTINUOUS ON, ON /OFF CYCLING, and OFF.
