About the UR-RLH
A low power version of the module series, General Electric Multilin’s UR-RLH is a power supply module intended for installation in the Universal Relays series. The module functions at a range of 24 to 48 V nominal (DC only). The power supply module offers power input to the relay and its dry contact input connections, making it an essential component for proper relay function. The UR-RLH also contains the battery for the Universal Relay, so this module will need to be removed and later replaced when the battery needs to be changed out for whatever reason.
The UR-RLH power supply module includes a critical failure relay element, a form-C device that becomes energized once the system boots successfully, no self-test failures occur, and control power is properly applied. In the event that on-going self-testing detects a critical failure during normal operation (or if control power is lost), the critical failure relay is de-energized.
Other modules in the Universal Relays series include the CPU module, CT/VT module, digital input and output module, transducer input and output module, and inter-relay communications.
