The HE500OCS033 module has a simple to understand ID designation, as a part of the HE 500 series of Operator Control Station (OCS) units. The Operator Control Station is a device, a single device, that does the job of three separate devices, as an all in one module.
The HE 500 series is designed with an efficient thin film transistor screen for an optimal graphics display for processing the visualization and machine indication of the industrial line. The memory capacity that this unit is capable of holding is a MicroSD memory card, fully expandable and removable, with local memory storage.
The frame of these units is very compact for something that does the work of three different devices. The HE 500 units are designed with small, efficient dimensions, with a square average of 3.75 inches (95.25 millimeters). The frame of this unit is integrated externally with numerous input and output ports. The HE500OCS033 module comes with 8 input ports and 8 output ports built in. The power intake of this unit is standard across most of these models, with a direct current intake of 12 to 24 volts (V/DC).
Additionally, the input and output ports come included with a removable terminal blocks, and there are multiple points of connection available. This unit, as well as the other models, is able to integrate with an EtherNet connection, and a wireless and telephone modem that allows for both remote/on-site connectivity.
