This model is the HE500OCS053, a part of the HE 500 lineup of Horner Electric materials. These units are a group of Operator Control Station modules, built as all in one devices to do the work of three separate pieces of hardware.
The HE 500 models are built with a series of similar features and add-on capabilities. First and foremost would be the HE 500 frame and build, which is designed to be as compact, lightweight, and still as hardy and reliable as any other HE 500 Operator Control Station module. This unit is also rated with CE and uL certifications.
The HE 500 models are built to require a removable memory card in order to hold most of its application memory and data. The card that fits best into this unit is a MicroSD memory card. This makes it possible for data to be stored locally, and can support program updates to the HE 500 software.
The HE500OCS053’s specifications that separate it from the rest of the models are the input and output ports. There are 16 I/O ports in total, 8 of them are direct current inputs (at 12 to 24 V/DC), and its 8 positive logic DC outputs (5 to 24 V/DC). The HE500OCS053 unit’s output modules are also able to receive a charge of 0.5 amperes with ESCP.
