About the HE500OCS075
HE500OCS075
The Horner Electric company (now renamed as the Horner APG company) was the manufacturers that were behind the production and development of the HE 500 series of Operator Control Stations. This lineup of products are all largely similar across the board, but each unit is developed with a unique series of Input and Output modules.
The HE 500 graphical information interface includes a standard graphical display setup that is outfitted with a thin film transistor module. Also integrated into the model are a series of keypads and switches for user control in accessing reports for more efficient automation process visualization and machine identification and control.
The HE 500 series share similar details in application memory, which requires a removable MicroSD memory card. This card is completely removable, and able to store local data onto it, as well as support the necessary program updates for the HE 500 series to run smoothly on the automated lines of today. In order to maximize communication and reports, these Operator Control Stations are outfitted with the network connection capabilities for Ethernet and wireless and phone modem options, for both remote and on site communication.
This particular model, the HE500OCS075, is built with a set of 24 input and output modules: 14 inputs, set at a range of 12 to 24 volts of direct current, and 10 relay outputs.
This unit, just like the other HE 500 models available from AX Control, is completely repaired and covered by an extensive one to three year warranty.
