The HE500OCS079 module is an all in one Operator Control Station, designed to cover the work achieved by an individual operator interface module, as well as a programmable logic controller unit. The unit is best designated and identified by its input and output modules that are integrated into it. This unit includes a set of 4 temperature control inputs, either thermocouple or RTD.
The HE 500 series is a line of strong and sturdy OCS units, which are equipped with a graphic display, set up with a thin film transistor module. Located on the model beneath the TFT display is a keypad and set of switches for operator control to access data and reports and be able to share that information via a network connection to an Ethernet system, or a wireless and phone modem. This ensures that communication and data transfer is possible both locally and remotely.
The application memory that is standard for the HE 500 series includes a MicroSD memory card. This card can support data and updates for the OCS unit to process automation more efficiently.
