This unit is a part of the Horner Electric series of industrial automation control units, each of them are models of Operator Control Stations. The HE 500 series is now out of production, having now been classified as a product that is outdated. But, after being repaired, refurbished, and reconfigured to run at peak capacity and performance.
The HE 500 series is designed to have an operator interface integrated into the frame, eliminating the need to purchase an individual interface module altogether. The model’s graphic display is outfitted with a thin film transistor, and is able to be viewed in a work area that is intensely and brightly lit. The text display that is integrated into the HE500OCS100 model is a two line, 20 character each setup.
The other component that the HE 500 series of Operator Control Stations is outfitted to do the work of is the programmable logic controller. It is also equipped with several options for network connectivity and data transfer, such as the removable MicroSD memory card, and the ability for an Ethernet connection, as well as wireless and phone modem connection capabilities.
The HE 500 series is all available from the inventory here at AX Control Inc, and is also covered by our warranty deal, which depends on the class of the product purchased. The warranty covers from 1 to 3 years of protection, and covers damage that occurs from natural wear and tear from use, and from any accidental damages.
