About the HE500OCX510
HE500OCX510
The HE 500 line of Operator Control Stations was developed by the industrial automation manufacturer once known as Horner Electric. These units are now regarded as being outdated pieces of technology, and are now completely out of production. The company has now even changed their name from Horner Electric to Horner APG.
The HE 500 line is a group of all in one devices that are designed to match the capabilities of the three separate pieces of technology that it is built to surpass. These Operator Control Stations come built in with an operator interface, and they are programmed to achieve the duties of a standard individual controller module. The Input and Output modules are integrated into the frame of each module, and are capable to connecting the unit to different devices, network systems, and other connections.
This model listed above is the HE500OCX510, a Mini OSC, Mixed I/O module. The inputs available on this unit are up to 16 isolated modules, with 3 isolated commons per modules. The nominal input voltage range of this unit is from as low as 12 to as intense as 24 volts of direct current. Peak voltage is a maximum of 35 volts of direct current.
The outputs of the HE500OCX510 unit are in a set of 12 relay outputs, with 4 isolated commons per module. The coil voltage for this model’s outputs is from 20 to 28 V/DC.
The power intake for this unit required for steady, optimal functioning is up to 230 milliamperes at 24 volts of direct current.
