About the HE800RCS250
HE800RCS250 is a Remote Control Station that is manufactured by Horner APG as a part of their SmartStack HE800 series. The Remote Control Station has 4 functional LEDs that indicate a variety of statuses. When the RUN LED is off, the OCS is in IDLE/STOP mode. When the RUN LED is flashing, the OCS is running with no ladder program, or it is in DO/IO mode. When the RUN LED is on, a ladder code is running. When the OK LED is off, one or more self-tests have failed. When the OK LED is flashing, I/O forcing is active. When the OK LED is on, all self-tests were passed. When the Module Status (MS) LED is off, there is no RS-232 communication. When the MS LED is red and flickering, there is only recieve activity on the RS-232 port. When the MS LED is green and flickering, there is only transmit activity on the RS-232 port. When the MS LED is orange and flickering, there is both transmit and receive activity on the RS-232 port. When the MS LED is solid red, a non-critical self-test error was detected. When the MS LED is red and flashing, a critical self-test error was detected. When the Network Status (NS) LED is off, there is no communication on the CAN network. When the NS LED is red and flickering, there is only receive activity on the CAN port. When the NS LED is green and flickering, there is only transmit activity on the CAN port. When the NS LED is orange and flickering, there is both transmit and receive activity on the CAN port. When the NS LED is solid red, there is an error on the CAN network.
