About the CV-110
The CV-110 module was created and manufactured by KEYENCE Corporation. The CV-110 module is classified as a controller for compact camera vision systems that were developed by KEYENCE. This particular model of controller does not come with a display.
The CV-110 controller is a small device with a rectangle shape. In the bottom left corner of the top of the CV-110 controller, there is a small LED indicator light that is labeled as the “POWER” indicator light. Below the light running across the length of the whole controller, there are a series of labels that indicate what the ports below them do. These labels are listed here as follows from left to right: “24VDC,” “P.POLE,” “0V,” “PO0,” “PO1,” “PO2,” “PO3,” “PO4,” “PO5,” “PO6,” “PO7,” “PO8,” “COM1,” “WO1,” “WO2,” “WO3,” “WO4,” “WO5,” “WO6,” “WO7,” “WO8,” “WO9,” “WOR,” “STO,” “BUSY,” and “COM1.” Above these labels on the right side, there are two ports. The first one is a small port and it is labeled as the “VIDEO OUT” port. Above that, there is a larger port that is labeled as the “CAMERA IN” port. Above these ports in the top right corner of the device, there is a small door that has a “PULL” label printed onto it. To the left, there is another, smaller series of labels. These labels are listed here as follows from left to right: “COM2,” “TRG,” “REC,” “COM2,” “RUN/SET,” “PST,” “CST,” “COM2,” “CI0,” “CI1,” “CI2,” “CI3,” and “COM2.”
The CV-110 compact camera vision controller weighs about 0.70 lbs. or 0.32 kg., without having any of AX Control’s packaging materials contributing to the total.
