About the KL-2DA
Keyence KL-2DA has two Analog Output Channels and is considered a D/A Conversion Unit. Its ideal operating environment would be with minimal dirt and debris in the area. Its optimal performance temperature is between 0-60 degrees Celsius. Keyence KL-2DA has a resolution (output range) 0 to +5v (1.25mV1/4000) + 1 to +5V (1mV1/4000) 0 to +10v (2.mV1/4000) -10 to 10V (2.5mV 1/8000). It has a conversion speed of 250 us/ch, with a maximum load resistance of 400 omega. The Keyence KL-2DA channels are not kept separate from each other, this makes it a Photocoupler unit. The Keyence KL-2DA is relatively small and lightweight, weighing 180 grams, with the dimensions being W90xH70xD45. As a unit, it only consumes 190mA or less of current. The KL-2DA can withstand up to 1,500 VAC for up to one minute. Between the temperature of 0-60 degrees Celsius, its accuracy is 0.4% of F.S.
Keyence also rates its noise resistance as tested by a noise simulator at 500 Vp-p 1us, 50 na when it is in "normal" mode. The KL-2DA also features a "common" mode where when tested with a noise simulator it measures a 1,500 Vp-p. The Keyence KL-2DA also has an insulation resistance of 50M Omega or more. This is calculated by the batch power supply at the terminals in the case and the power at the external input terminals. The Keyence overall power voltage is 24 VDC plus or minus 10 percent.
