About the KV-16EXW
The Keyence KV-16 EXW is an expansion unit. It has a one ms timer built-in. The unit also has a 3,000 step memory.
The KV-16EWX allows information to be added using a mouse, keyboard, or handheld device. With multiple ways to enter data, it allows for changes to be made in real-time. Along with other models in the KV series it supports Ladder building software.
The Keyence KV-16EXW is a sixteen volt unit with sixteen inputs and four outputs. This module is able to count high-frequency pulses with two 10kHz counters. The clock out pulse is able to be placed at varying speeds with its 20kHz clock pulse. No backup battery is required. Data is saved in the EEPROM.
Relay upgrades or replacements are possible with this unit. The KV-16 EXW is an effective unit for debugging your system, allowing you to check counters, timers, and data at the same time in different windows.
The KV-16EXW is grey in color. The unit offers easy hookup capabilities. The maximum number of extendable inputs is ten inputs. The maximum extendable number of outputs is six outputs. With the latching function, the KV-16 EXW has a hundred and sixty internal relay speed and a data memory of one thousand (1,000) words. This model also has an average program of five hundred steps and an execution time of 1.0 us min or a 1.92us average.
