About the KV-24T
The KV-24T module from Keyence functions as a Transistor Sink Output Module within the Keyence KV PLC series. AX Control maintains stock of many KV series modules, including multiple KV-24 modules. The KV-24T is a conventional KV PLC module. It is part of the KV-300 series. The unit uses the KV ladder builder (ladder language) to create instructions and machine code. This can be accomplished through a connected PC or handheld device.
The KV-24T and other KV Series PLCs can be used in combination with other modules and instruments. However, heat from these components can degrade the performance of the KV-24T module through increased heat or limited air flow.
The conventional KV series is partially compatible with the Visual KV series modules. There are some changes between the series. This includes changes in internal clock cycle high-speed counters, analog trimmer functions, and transistor output. Conventional KV expansion units cannot be used as expansion units for the Visual KV series.
