About the LK-G150
LK-G150 is a sensor head that is manufactured by Keyence for the LK-G3000 series. The sampling rate is 50 kHz for the high-speed, high-accuracy CCD laser displacement sensor. The linearity is ± 0.05 of F.S. and the repeatability is down to 0.01 μm. This laser can measure diffuse, transparent, translucent, or specular targets. Wide beam spot models are available. The RPD algorithm cancels the influence of the broadened waveform and directs the true peak. Highly accurate thickness measurements are enabled by optimizing the optical setting for each layer. Applications for this laser include measuring the thickness of a glass plate, measuring the height of PCB resin, detecting the runout of a HDD, etc.
The extension cables for the sensor head and the controller include the 2 meter cable length (LK-GC2), the 5 meter cable length (LK-GC5), the 10 meter cable length (LK-GC10), the 20 meter cable length (LK-GC20), and the 30 meter cable length (LK-GC30). The extension cables for the display panel and the controller include the o.3 meter cable length (OP-51654), the 3 meter cable length (OP-51655), and the 10 meter cable length (OP-51656).
