About the KV-10ATP
KV-10ATP is a discontinued model PLC by Keyence which are included in the Visual KV series of parts. KV-10ATP is an AC unit which is a base model power supply. The base unit has a current consumption level of 85mA and below, and noise resistance falls in the 1,500 VAC range for one minute. The KV-10ATP user manual provides more information about software and programming parameters. The weight of KV-10ATP is around 240g with expansions adding an additional 80 to 200g of weight. As with all models in the KV series, the KV-10ATP is very small, and is amongst the smallest AC PLCs in the world. The KV-10ATP is very fast having scan times of 140 us with a minimum instruction time of 0.7 us. The Visual KV units should be stored at an ambient temperature of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius or -4 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit, never freezing. The Operating temperature for these Visual KV units are slightly warmer than storing. The range of temperature should be between 0 to 50 degrees Celsius or 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit for operation of the units. The KV-10ATP unit is resistant to atmospheric gasses that can be corrosive and small amounts of dirt or dust. The access window has 2 color back lights that are adopted in all the units to help with changing the device data.
