About the KV-16ATP
This KV-16ATP unit is a discontinued model by Keyence, in the Visual KV Series. This Visual KV base unit uses an alternating current power supply type PLC. The outage time that is allowed for this Visual KV-16ATP unit is less than 40 milliseconds instantaneously. Using more than 100 to 240 VAC input power voltage supplied can damage the software of the programming in this Keyence KV-16ATP unit. There are general specifications for the consumption of the internal current with 24 VDC value in conversions. This base unit by Keyence has 100mA or less for the internal current to consume. The temperature when operating this KV-16ATP unit should be at 0 to 50°C (32 to 122°F) or 0 to 45°C (32 to 113°F) and never freeze. The temperature for storing the KV-16ATP is slightly different with the ambient temperature being around -20 to 70°C (-4 to 158°F) but never freezing the unit. There should never be any condensation on this KV-16ATP unit or it can damage the programming. The manual states that the humidity while operating the Keyence Visual KV Series Units can only be in between 35 and 85% RH and never have any condensation on the unit. This particular Visual KV unit can withstand a maximum voltage of 1,500 VAC but only for 1 minute. This voltage of 1,500 VAC is in between the terminal power supplies and the input/output terminals, also in between all of the case and external terminals.
