About the KV-24AR
This Keyence visual KV Unit KV-24AR is a very small logic controller. It is programmable with a display that is built into the unit. The KV-24AR is a base type unit by Keyence that has an AC type supply of power, with 16 inputs and 8 relay outputs. Keyence offers a wide variety of vision system products used in a number of applications, including robot positioning and quality control inspection.
Even though most of these Keyence Visual KV Series Units are discontinued by Keyence, we provide a variety of this series on the AX Control website. This specific KVunit uses an alternating current power supply for this type of base unit. There is a 100 to 240 VAC input power supply voltage for this KV-24AR base unit. For this KV unit, no more than 40 milliseconds should be allowed to the outage at a time.
There is a 140 mA or less of the internal alternating current that is consumed by the KV-24AR base unit. There can be intermittent and continuous vibrations that occur around the unit. The KV unit can resist some of these vibrations. With a frequency of 10 to 57 Hz, with an intermittent amplitude that this KV-24AR can withstand is 0.075 mm *1. And for a continuous vibration of the same Hz, this KV-24AR can withstand 0.035 mm *1. With a higher frequency over 57 Hz the KV-24AR unit can resist an intermittent acceleration of 9.8 m/s 2*1. For a continuous vibration and higher frequency over 57 Hz, this Visual KV-24AR unit can withstand the acceleration of 4.9 m/s 2*1.
