The Keyence KV-E16R is made of black plastic and features two white buttons on the left-hand side labeled CH. Along the top of the device is labeled in purple C1 zero-three (C1 0-3) and then towards the right side, it is labeled C2 four through seven (C2 4-7) OUT. Along the bottom of the device, it is labeled in purple C3 eight through eleven (C3 8-11) and on the right-hand side is labeled C4 twelve through fifteen (C4 12-15) OUT. The face plate also features sixteen (16) LED lights. One is a ready/error light and the others are labeled zero through fifteen (0-15).
