About the KV-E4X
The KV-E4X by Keyence is made of dark grey plastic. There are five (5) screw ports along the top and the bottom of the device. Each is labeled in purple. Across the top is reads C1 zero through three (0-3) with an IN port on the top right. Along the bottom, it is labeled V1, V2, V3, V4 and V5 with an IN port along the bottom right. There are five (5) LED lights two across the top and three across the bottom. They are labeled Zero through Three (0-3) (which are red when illuminated) and the fifth light is labeled READY/ERROR (the LED light is illuminated in orange). The KV-E4X has a connecting wiring harness on the left next to two (2) white buttons labeled CH. The KV-E4X also has vents along the bottom to allow for proper air flow.
The KV-E4X has four (4) inputs with a minimum of nineteen (19) V while turned ON. The maximum OFF current of two (2) mA. The input time of the KV-E4X is constant (switchable between two (2) levels by using special auxiliary relays 2609 to 2612) ten (10) ms ± twenty (20%) percent, ten (10) µs ± twenty (20%) percent for both rising (OFF to ON) and falling (ON to OFF) edges.
The KV-E4X has an input maximum rating of twenty-six point four (26.4) VDC. The input voltage of the KV-E4X has an input voltage of twenty-four (24) VDC, five-point three (5.3) mA. The KV-E4X has an input impedance of four point three (4.3) kΩ.
