About the L5354
L5354
One of the many standard types of open protocol networks, ControlNet directly connects to a ControlNet master device, such as the L5354 ControlNet LINK Card, manufactured and produced originally by a subsidiary of the Parker Hannifin Corporation: Parker Eurotherm SSD.
The L5354 LINK Card is a part of the family of LINK 2 products and when either an L5300 LINK Rack or L5392 LINK Station is installed with ControlNet software tools, the L5354 LINK Card is able to provide a gateway connecting the space between either the LINK Rack or LINK Station and a LINK Control system.
With the current operating system, the L5354 will be able to be controlled by a ControlNet master server. However, a programmable logic controller including an integrated scanner would also be a compatible method of using the L5354.
This model is outfitted with a number of useful, standard hardware elements, such as a pair of coaxial Bayonet Neill–Concelman (BNC) frequency connector terminals, and a pair of LED lights. These two LED light are used to signal to users about any changes in the module’s status and power levels, and on the status of the network connectivity and communications. Both of the LEDs are bi-colored with red and green lights, and many color combinations and steady or flashing appearances are used to depict specific problems.
The AX Control staff are available if there are any issues after shipment, and if you have any broken inventory that needs to be disposed of, we are willing to get rid of it in an environmentally safe way and will benefit you as a part of our exchange credit program.
