APL3600-KA-CM18 is a 12.1 inch panel computer with a keypad that is manufactured for the APL3600 series that is manufactured by Proface. The power supply is 100-240 VAC. The CPU is a CeleronM440 1.86 GHz processor. The atmosphere for this unit must be free of corrosive gases, and the temperature must not fall below 0°C or rise above 50°C. The RAS interface has an input voltage of 12-24 VDC. The input method is sink/source input. The input current is 10 mA and the input resistance is 3.6 kΩ. There are 2 input points. The operation ON voltage is 10 VDC or more, and the OFF voltage is 3 VDC or less. The isolation method is photocoupler isolation. The dielectric strength voltage is greater than or equal to 500 V.
If you purchased a PL unit with the OS pre-installed, the software has been pre-installed. If you purchased a PL unit without the OS pre-installed, you can download each software program from the Proface support site “Otasuke Pro!” Install either Windows 2000 or Windows XP and any required utility software. The setup procedures are detailed in the user instruction manual. There are 6 dedicated PL drivers available on the PC: the AHCI driver, the chipset driver, the audio driver, the graphic accelerator driver, the LAN driver, and the touch panel driver (mouse emulator). Special application program features include the backlight control console application, the backlight OFF screen saver, the backlight brightness adjustment, the keyboard emulator, the API-DLL, the system monitor property, the system file, and the system monitoring/RAS application.
