The GP-4201TW touchscreen is a Pro-face interface display unit from the company’s GP-4000 series. This unit has a TFT color LCD measuring 3.5 inches with 320 x 240-pixel resolution. 

The GP-4201TW has a non-replaceable white LED backlight. This LED cannot be replaced by the user but has a lifetime use rating of 50K hours or more. The backlight is adjustable to eight brightness levels. 

The GP-4201TW’s display offers 65,536 no-blink colors as well as 16,384 blink colors. There are multiple ports available, including an RS-232C serial port, an RS422/485 transmission port, and an Ethernet port. The unit also has two USB ports: a type-A and a type-B mini port. The unit also has a single SD slot. 

The grounding interface for the GP-4201TW offers functional ground that has a resistance of 100Ω. This ground should use AWG 14 or thicker wire. When installed, the panel enclosure is equivalent to an IP65f, NEMA 4x/13 enclosure. The display can be used in locations with some pollutants (up to pollution degree 2)

Repair Service is certainly an option for the GP-4201TW controller and the OEM or OEM equivalent parts needed to complete a repair are generally kept in our in-house parts department to ensure a quick and seamless repair process. This HMI is repaired regularly enough at the Raleigh, NC facility that a flat repair price is conveniently provided upfront to avoid the hassle and back and forth of traditional repair services. At this time the parts used in a repair such as a touchscreen, overlay, LCD, video card, etc are not sold or offered separately.
