About the GP570-LG21-24V

The GP570-LG21-24V is part of ProFace Xycom’s legacy display series.  These components consist of HMIs and PLCs that are no longer supported by the OEM.  However, AX Control still maintains on-hand stock of as many of these components as possible, ready to ship when you need them.  Additionally, we work hard to maintain a library of Proface manuals to assist you with troubleshooting when you need help. 

The GP570-LG21-24V is a 10.4-inch touch panel.  This is a monochrome operator interface Quickpanel that weighs approximately 5.73 pounds before it is prepared for shipment.   This unit has black and white color and a 640 x 480-pixel resolution.   It offers blink and reverse video, allowing for higher contrast white text on black background screens (rather than black on white) when desired or needed.  

This unit’s CCFL backlight is not user-replaceable, but has a normal lifespan of 25,000 hours, or 2.85 years of continuous use.    The touch panel accepts both one or two point touch. 

The rear of the GP570-LG21-24V includes multiple interface connection points.  This includes a serial interface for data transmission.  This port can accept RS-232C or RS-422.  The transmission rate varies between 2400 and 38400 bps.  The unit also has a printer output, an aux I/O, and a tool connector.
