Product Description

The GP571-TC11 is a Proface Xycom Graphic Control Panel, or HMI.  This equipment is typically used in industrial settings for process control.  It offers standard features like alarm management, data logging, and recipe/batch management.   This is a 10.4-inch display and is part of the Proface GP 470/570 series.  This Proface HMI manual will provide you with additional information about this product. 

The  GP571-TC11 is a 64-color display unit and is otherwise a standard GP model.   The unit comes with several interfaces on its rear surface, including a tool connector, a serial interface, an auxiliary interface, and a printer interface.  The serial interface offers RS-232C or RS-422 connectivity, allowing you to connect to your programmable logic controller.   This unit also has a programming port.  

This unit has an input voltage of 85 VAC to 132 VAC 50/60 Hz.  Power consumption is under 50 VA with allowable power failure less than 20 mS.  Power is connected to a power terminal block on the rear of the unit.  The OEM suggests using crimp-on ring terminals that will not slip and will make a good connection. Additionally, twisting each power wire before attaching the ring terminal will increase noise resistance.
