The AGP3400-S1-D24-CA1M is a  Pro-face Xycom HMI unit from the company’s GP3000 series.  This series was designed by Pro-face to offer manufacturers high-reliability graphic touch screen units in a variety of sizes with capabilities like live video, image capture, and the ability to run multiple protocols simultaneously.   The integrated operator interface allows access to a remote server or computer to view CAD, DOC, XLS, or PDF files, giving the user the ability to create documentation for the entire plant easily.   Additionally, this kind of connectivity allows users to remotely monitor SCADA programs while reducing associated licensing costs. 

The AGP3400-S1-D24-CA1M is a 7.5-inch STN Color LCD unit CANopen type unit.   It features a space-saving design that requires less wiring and can work with both Pro-face distributed slaves as well as third-party slaves.   The HMI can support up to 7 EXM modules.  It can support 256 discrete inputs & 256 discrete outputs or 64 each of analog I/O.  I/O can be placed as much as 1,000 meters away from the base unit.   Refer to Pro-face manuals and user guides for a list of the different kinds of input and output modules that can be used with this HMI.
