The AGP3600-T1-D24-D81C human-machine interface from Pro-face Xycom is an integrated HMI control operator interface that includes a built-in discrete I/O.   This all-in-one unit provides the capabilities of both an HMI and a PLC.  

The AGP3600-T1-D24-D81C can support up to four protocol drivers at one time.  With the optional GP2000-VM41 video module attached, it can also support video camera inputs and RGB remote monitor outputs.   This can be useful for both security and safety monitoring. 

This HMI unit has an integrated 12.1-inch high-resolution TFT display.  This full-color, no-grid touch panel will improve your screen visibility and offer better and more precise part placement.  The unit includes a touch panel display with an integrated status LED, an expansion interface, a 10/100 Base T Ethernet port, a USB interface, a CF Card, two serial interfaces, auxiliary I/O, and a discrete I/O interface.    This unit can connect to PCs, custom controllers, bar code readers, motion controllers, inverters, regulators, as well as PLCs.   

The associated software offers logic programming.  This will also allow you to import some existing logic programs.  The software allows drag and drop operations as well as re-usable subroutines. 

Refer to Pro-face manuals and user guides for full information regarding the proper installation of this unit. GP3000 HMIs often use the default password “1101.”  Changing this password should be part of your setup.  Make sure you keep your password safe and keep it available for future use.
