The PFXLM4B01DAK is a 24 Vdc powered Sink Output Type Rear Module. This unit is one of the Analog models in the Pro-face LT4000M series and has both Analog I/O and Digital I/O.

Digital I/O includes: 

• 12 Points Standard Input (2 Points for fast input) 

• 6 Points Standard Output (2 Points fast output). 

Analog I/O includes:

• 2ch 13-bit analog inputs and 2 ch 16-bit analog inputs for Thermocouple

• 2 ch 12-bit analog outputs.

Configurable input functions for fast inputs are Pulse Catch Input and High-speed Counter Input. For fast outputs, configurable output functions are PWM Output, Pulse Output, and High-speed Counter (Synchronize Output). These functions are stopped and an error message is generated if one of the following conditions are met:

• There is a short-circuit at 0 V on Fast Output

• There is a short-circuit at 24 V on Fast Output

• The current crossing of the Fast Output is too high.

The PFXLM4B01DAK may be installed vertically or horizontally. The ambient operating temperature rating depends on the orientation of the installed module. When installed horizontally the PFXLM4B01DAK has a rating of 0 - 50 °C (32 - 122 °F). When it is installed vertically, the rating is 0 - 40 °C (32 - 104 °F).
