The AST3501W-T1-D24 is a programmable operator interface from Pro-face's ST3000 series. It has a 5.7-inch TFT color display capable of showing up to 256 colors with no blink or up to 64 colors with blink. This model has multi-language support via its different language character sets. All language characters can be adjusted in size to accommodate operators' desired amount of information per page. This unit has several interface options including two serial ports, a type A USB1.1 port, and a type II CF card slot. The two serial ports are the COM1, RS-232C standard interface and the COM2, RS-422/485 standard interface.

Display Specifications

The 5.7-inch TFT LCD of the AST3501W-T1-D24 has a VGA resolution of 640 by 480 pixels. The CCFL backlight of this model is rated to last at least 50,000 hours of continuous use and can be adjusted to 8 different levels of brightness. This unit has 6 MB of FEPROM for application memory and 320 KB of SRAM for data backup on the lithium battery. The resistive film analog touch panel has a 1,024 by 1,024 resolution and is rated to last 1,000,000 touches or more.

Installation Information

The AST3501W-T1-D24 uses DC24V input voltage and draws a maximum of 45 watts of power by itself. It should be kept in an environment where the surrounding air temperature is between 0 and 50 degrees Celsius during operation and between -20 and +60 degrees Celsius when in storage.
