The 0-57401- unit is a digital I/O drive that was created and produced by Reliance Electric to be compatible with the AutoMax series of programmable controllers and related products. The 0-57401- digital I/O drive was discontinued by the original equipment manufacturer, but AX Control still makes an attempt to continue to stock this particular device, along with many others, for our customers. The 0-57401- digital I/O drive is a thin, rectangular device. On the drive’s faceplate, there are many multiple I/O ports for the operator to use. At the top of the faceplate, you will see a total of twelve small male I/O ports. These smaller ports are labeled on the left side with the letters A through I, although not all of these ports are labeled. On the right side of these smaller ports, you will find many other labels which indicate the purposes of these ports, and not all of them are labeled either. These include the following: “IET,” “AUX 1,” “AUX 2,” “M STATUS,” “RUN,” “RUN PERM,” “DFR,” “FMCR,” “RMCR,” and “MCR.”

Below these small ports, there are a total of twenty more I/O ports which are larger than the ones above it. These ports are labeled with the letters A through G with the letters repeating twice (A1, A2, etc.). Letters H and I are accompanied by the numbers 1 through 3 instead of only 1 and 2.
