The 0-57435- processor module is a device that was designed to connect into the backplane of an AutoMax rack and perform application programs which control the AutoMax modules that are connected to the same system. The 0-57435- processor module is operated using a Motorola 32 bit microprocessor and uses three high level application languages, those being Ladder Logic, Control Block, and BASIC. The 0-57435- processor module has a CPU speed of 25 mHz and 512K Parity RAM. With the use of the battery that is on board, the contents that are kept within the 0-57435- processor module thanks to this RAM can be stored for a minimum of 186 days.
The 0-57435- processor module’s main purpose is to be used within a rack to make the processing capability and the total memory available for application tasks higher. The 0-57435- processor module has the ability to make 300K able to be used for these application takss, which is not affected by the type of operating system that is loaded onto the processor unit.
